Cette année Julie Déchanet-Merville est une des 24 lauréates et lauréats de la médaille d’argent du CNRS 2023 qui distingue des chercheuses et des chercheurs pour l’originalité, la qualité et l’importance de leurs travaux, reconnus sur le plan national et international. Celebration of the move to the new BBS building
The entire research department UMR CNRS 5164 – Immunoconcept celebrated the move to the new research building BBS. We took advantage of this celebration to specifically thank Vincent Pitard and Nathalie Schmitt for their immense contribution to make this move nice an smooth.
Vanja Sisirak participated to the “Bureau des Enquêtes” at Cap Sciences
The “bureau des enquêtes” is organised by Cap Science Bordeaux together with the University of Bordeaux. The goal is for a scientist to disseminate to the general audience what are the main aims of his/her research and how do they reach their goal. The scientist has to bring three object that should be used by people stoping by the stand to guess what is the project the scientist is working on. Vanja Sisirak brought a hamburger toy, a box of matches and double helix of DNA. This initiated very nice and pleasant exchanges with the people. Try to guess on what is Vanja’s team project…

Jonathan Visentin participera à la session “De Bouche à Oreille” ou “comment une histoire se modifie-t-elle quand elle est répétée 15 fois”. RDV à Cap Sciences, entre 19h30 et 22h30.

Jonathan Visentin is Assistant Professor at the University of Bordeaux and Hospital Practitioner at the Bordeaux University Hospital. Laureate of the prestigious Marie Sklodowska-Curie individual fellowship in 2020, he spent two years in the United States. Now back at the University of Bordeaux, he’s talking about the benefits of this experience and encouraging researchers to apply. Check out his interview bellow…
