Presentation entitled: “Philosophy of MIND (Mathematics, Immunology, Neural networks, Diseases): Deep Learning in autoimmunity and allergology” Resume: “Image classification algorithms, powered by deep learning convolutional neural networks, fuel many advanced technologies and are a core research subject ranging from transportation to healthcare. After a presentation of my autoimmunity and allergology projects, I will be describing some of the issues raised by the use of deep learning algorithms as well as reasoning on how to resolve some of these issues in the Anti-Nuclear Antibody project.”
